The AZEHCAM Manager Training Program consists of 40 hours of classroom instruction. It provides the student with the knowledge necessary to manage an assisted living facility and ensure that all state and local laws are being followed in order to be in compliance. This manager training program curriculum, which is consisted with R4-33-603(B) requirements by the Arizona Board of Nursing Care Institution Administrators and Assisted Living Facility Managers (NCIA Board), incorporates the Article 6 Arizona Administrative Code on Assisted Living Facility Manager Training Programs and is divided into the 6 categories: Residential Service Management, Personnel Management, Legal Management, Medication Management, Financial Management, and Physical Standard Management
