Description:

The CNA Bridge to Caregiver Program consists of 22 hours of classroom instruction. It includes three modules: Orientation and Overview of Assisted Living Facility, Service Plan, and Medication Management. After completion of the 22 hours, the instructor will register the student to take the certification test through D&S Diversified Technologies, LLP. The certificate will be issued to the student after passing the test
