Our Memory Care Services Training is approved by Az DHS based on R9-10-122 of AZ DHS rules on Residential Facility Licensing. It covers all of the required topics for initial training for all staff and contractors, including additional training for managers. The initial training includes four hours (4) in Zoom meeting or online and four hours (4) in-person for skills. For the additional training for managers, it is a separate training which includes two hours (2) in Zoom or online and two hours 2) in-person for skills. The annual training as mandated by DHS, is a four hours (4) training after one year of initial training. It includes two hours (2) in Zoom or online and two hours (2) in-person for skills training.
